I used to when I was a kid, not anymore though. The only plushie I accept without a tag, outside of my babyhood plushies I kept, is the Yoshi I sleep with at nighttime. Some of my plushies have ended upwardly with folded tags from being kept on my bed or in shipping or whatever, which I don't listen, and if the tag comes off accidentally it's not actually a huge deal to me. The only plush I absolutely want to keep the tag on no affair what is my Sceptile Pokédoll, mainly because it's the only 1 I've seen in over x years that had both the textile and paper-thin tags on.

I remove the cardboard tags n the material tags if its not a souvenir. If it's staying with me, the cardboard tags get removed and tossed in the "idolish7 tag hell box" (because that's all i buy these days) and the fabric tags get removed as well.
I do have a few things that do have the fabric tag (most are non i7) but like...
if it gets put in pictures, the tags coming off. Besides information technology won't get resold. Nobody wants a bunch of gently used Yamato nuis, I'grand certain. They have cooties now anyways. Pretty sure that's bad for reselling.

I admittedly love plushes, and if I've paid for it, there's a guarantee that it'southward going to be loved and cherished on my bed until it's completely fallen apart. Anything I see every bit "not collectible" or I know there'southward no hazard of me selling will get the tags/labels removed, whether it's a costly, activeness toy, figure, etc, simply I almost ever keep the tags afterwards.

Usually I take the tags off, simply I've left a few on, either because the tag was beautiful or the plush was over 20 years old and it'south a miracle the tag is still intact.

002 ❤I love Naught 2❤
I personally keep all tags fastened considering I run across everything in my drove equally valuable. If I cut off the tag the particular volition be worth less so I don't run into the point in doing so. I use my plush for display only and so tags don't bother me I can easily hide them. As for figures, straps, etc I do remove them out of the box well-nigh of the time but I always keep boxes and all original packaging in a purse in my closet.
